Many manufacturers neglect regulation. In this way, however, only an ON-OFF regulation leads to oversize the need of electricity and consequently to consume more energy.
For this reason, an applause goes to the Celsius and Fahrenheit products that are equipped with dedicated and customized electronics installed on board that detect the temperature through a thermocouple and reduce the consumption of electricity as the set temperature is reached. So a 550W peak panel consumes normally 80W-250W based on the insulation of the house and the heat demand. So we can use less energy than the total available power.

Thanks to an innovative insulating material we were able to integrate all the electrical contacts, protecting them from any external agent: Celsius and Fahrenheit panels have an IP68 degree of protection which makes them completely hermetic to dust and fumes and suitable for submersion in water up to 100m, and the control unit has an IP 54.
Other infrared panels, although aesthetically very similar, have a much lower degree of protection, making them unsuitable for very humid environments (like showers or bathrooms).
The surface of the glass panel can be touched without risk of burns. The crystal, unlike metal, allows radiation up to over 12 meters with the Celsius line.

Environmental (and economic) sustainability
Unlike combustion systems, electrical systems do not produce emissions into the atmosphere (combustion gas, NOx, CO2, PM10, PM2.5 fine dust).
With the Celsius and Fahrenheit systems at 18 ° C you get the same comfort that you would get at 20 ° C with other heating systems, but with less heat dispersion to the outside.
By using less energy, the total production of CO2 equivalent is reduced compared to traditional systems and to the supply with low temperature gas boilers.
Then, considering the entire life cycle of a product: production, use, disposal for the end of life, infrared systems produce less CO2 equivalent, being simpler systems to produce and 100% recyclable.
